About Juhls Sølvgalleri
Juhls Silver Gallery was founded by Regine and Frank Juhls in 1959 and was the first silversmith workshop in Finnmark. The gallery is beautifully situated on a hillside outside Guovdageaidnu, and the building has evolved over the years into an architectural marvel—an oasis of vaults, light and space in the middle of the Finnmark plateau. In the 1960s, Regine began creating her own abstract jewelry designs inspired by Arctic nature, designs now considered modern classics. Visitors can watch the silversmiths at work, experience the building's distinctive architecture, and purchase jewelry and craftwork directly from the workshop. The gallery is one of the most visited attractions in Inner Finnmark.
