About Vadsø Kunstforening
Vadsø Art Association is Finnmark's first art association, established on February 4, 1966. The association is located in the historic Narvesen kiosk at Rådhusgata 6 and operates a main gallery for professional art, a project room, and a sales gallery. The main gallery features contemporary art and crafts through approximately six annual exhibitions, one of which is always organized during the Varangerfjord Festival. The gallery is open on Saturdays during exhibition periods, and the association invites various audiences into the gallery through a dedicated side program.
