About Horisontti sauna
Horisontti is an architect-designed shared sauna at the far end of the pier in Ytrebyfjæra in Vadsø, with views toward Varangerfjorden and the horizon. It draws inspiration from Kven and Finnish sauna culture, the city's history, and the landscape, offering excellent sauna warmth, an outdoor fire, hot and cold showers, a rest area, and direct access to sea bathing. The bathing stairs, benches, and fire pit are open to everyone, even without booking the sauna itself.
