The company has a shop and booking office on the main street at Dr. Wesselsgate 15B in Kirkenes, and also functions as a tourist information center with maps and local advice. Owner Monika Raab has worked in tourism in the area for over 20 years and personally guides tours for German, Norwegian, and English guests. Winter activities include king crab safaris, northern lights tours, dog sledding and husky tours, snowmobile excursions, visits to snow hotels, snowshoeing, and Sami experiences. In summer and autumn, offerings include river boat safaris, king crab safaris by boat with meals, ATV and quad safaris, cycling, hiking, and visits to Pasvik Valley. A recurring theme is the Russian border: city tours in Kirkenes combined with a trip to the border station at Storskog. The company offers day packages, multi-day packages, private tours, group tours, transportation, and guide services, and is certified as an Environmental Lighthouse.
