The company has a shop and booking office on the main street Dr. Wesselsgate 15B in Kirkenes and also serves as a tourist information center with maps and advice about the region. Owner Monika Raab has worked in tourism in the area for over 20 years and personally guides tours for German, Norwegian, and English guests. Winter activities include king crab safari, northern lights tours, dog sledding and husky experiences, snowmobile tours, visits to snow hotels, snowshoeing, and Sami experiences. In summer and autumn, offerings include river boat safaris, king crab safari by boat with meals, ATV and quad safaris, cycling, hiking, and visits to Pasvik Valley. A recurring theme is the Russian border: city tours in Kirkenes combined with trips to the border station at Storskog. The company offers day packages, multi-day packages, private tours, group tours, transport services, and guide services, and is certified as an Environmental Lighthouse.
