Solvarden ski trail: 12 km of pure outdoor joy When snow blankets Varanger, Solvarden opens up for you. This beautiful 12 km long ski trail is ready from November and well into May — perfect for both classical style and skate skiers. There's also room for fatbike and your four-legged friend. The most popular direction follows the sun, but feel free to meet other skiers going the other way. With only 160 meters of elevation gain up to Seibos, the trail is accessible for most. The bonus? An 800 meter long branch from IL Polarstjernens lit trail connects to Solvarden — perfect for varying your route. 🚌 Getting there
General
IL Polarstjernen har en parkeringsplass på Rabbagorro som kan brukes om vinteren. Det går også en stikker fra øverst i IL Polarstjernens lysløype (800 m) til Solvarden løypa. Den blir tråkket og sporlagt når Solvardenløypa blir tråkket.
