The community house in Torhop – and from there it's an enchanting 4.5 km marked trail that lifts you higher and higher. The first hundred meters you follow the road past houses and across fields, then the blue-marked path takes over. After 1.7 km you cross the tree line – here the view opens dramatically over Torhop and Tanafjorden. Further on the barren mountain you follow the stone cairns all the way to the cairn at the summit. Along the way you can explore several peaks on Čohkalas if the mood strikes you. Dry and passable all the way.
