# Ànnajávri – Andevannet: Mountain hiking with a view Start from Nyborgmoen and head 2.5 kilometers north past the shooting range. At the road junction, turn right towards Andevannet – or Ánnejávre as it is called in Sami. The best awaits when you continue past the lake to the highest point. Here Varangerfjorden reveals itself to you in full splendor. Check it out only if you have walked or cycled all the way here – those are the rules! The return journey is a gentle descent. An unmarked trail takes you down towards Nyborgmoen from the west end of the lake. Follow the terrain, and you will find your way. A classic round trip that combines cultural history, natural beauty and magnificent fjord views. Perfect for both hikers and cyclists.
